用可溶性总蛋白质电泳方法研究表明 :①密叶杨与胡杨 3个杂种类型之间的相似性最大 ,其次是杂种与亲本胡杨较相似 ,杂种与亲本密叶杨相似性很小 .②盐胁迫条件下 ,NaCl处理诱导出 91 .0kD ,5 5 .4kD和 46 .4kD三条谱带 ,同时抑制了 5 2 .9kD ,48.5kD和 2 5 .8kD三条谱带 ,说明胡杨对盐胁迫有积极的响应 .③从诱导的 3条蛋白出现的时间看 ,5 5 .4kD和 46 .4kD两条谱带在低盐浓度 (0 .5 %NaCl)和短时间 (2 4h)处理就已出现 ,90 .0kD这条谱带在 0 .5 %盐处理 72h和大于 1 %盐处理 2 4h才出现 .由于胡杨能在根系环境中的盐浓度尚未形成严重胁迫之前迅速进行适应性代谢调节 ,因此 ,低盐浓度和短时间诱导产生的 2条蛋白质谱带可能与代谢调节有关
