今天,由逆变器供电的永磁(PM)同步电动机可以考虑用来替代鼠笼式感应电动机。对于同样大小的输出功率,配备较低功率的逆变器即可获得更高的效率和更紧凑的结构。在本文中,考虑采用两种方法来增大可用的速度范围:即磁场削弱和定于绕组转换。文章还评价了实现绕组转换的方法以及它对电动机结构设计的影响,并探讨了用接触器和晶闸管进行开关转换的可行性。对产生的冲击进行了试验性研究。研究结果表明,能够充分地减轻所产生的冲击。
Today, permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motors powered by inverters can be considered as an alternative to squirrel-cage induction motors. With the same size of output power, with a lower power inverter to get more efficient and more compact structure. In this paper, two approaches are considered to increase the available speed range: field weakening and winding-to-winding conversion. The paper also evaluates the method to realize the winding conversion and its influence on the motor structure design, and discusses the feasibility of switchover between contactor and thyristor. The impact of the pilot conducted a pilot study. The results show that the impact can be reduced sufficiently.
