为了防止煤矿自燃火灾的发生,分析了高倍阻化泡沫中的物理和化学阻化剂的防治煤自燃作用,并阐述了高倍阻化泡沫的防灭火基本原理——以泡沫为载体将阻化剂带入采空区内,实现从本质上降低采空区遗煤自燃的概率;针对东滩矿43下04工作面的具体情况,制定了现场应用高倍阻化泡沫的工艺流程并实施,结果表明,高倍阻化泡沫的应用可以取得显著的防灭火效果。
