作者报告用牛胶固素酶联免疫吸附试验,检测43例重症肌无力患者和50例正常人血清中的循环免疫复合物,结果发现MG患者的循环免疫复合物水平(12.2±3.6μg AHG/ml)明显高于正常人(6.6±1.9μgAHG/ml)(P<0.01)。眼型及全身型MG患者的循环免疫复合物水平均高于正常人(P<0.01),而全身型MG患者的循环免疫复合物水平高于眼型患者,但无显著性差异。作者还观察到经免疫抑制治疗的患者与未经免疫抑制治疗的患者血清中循环免疫复合物水平也无显著差异(P>0.05)。
The authors report the use of bovine colony-forming enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect serum levels of circulating immune complexes in 43 patients with myasthenia gravis and 50 normal subjects and found that circulating immune complexes in MG patients (12.2 ± 3.6 μg AHG / ml) was significantly higher than normal (6.6 ± 1.9μgAHG / ml) (P <0.01). The levels of circulating immune complex in patients with ocular and systemic MG were significantly higher than those in normal subjects (P <0.01), whereas the levels of circulating immune complex in patients with systemic MG were higher than those in ocular patients, but no significant difference was found. The authors also observed no significant differences in serum levels of circulating immune complexes between immunosuppressed patients and those without immunosuppression (P> 0.05).
