白细胞介素27(IL-27)是IL-6/IL-12家族的一种异源二聚体细胞因子。IL-27能够通过促进CD4~+T细胞向Th1细胞分化,抑制Th2细胞、Th17细胞分化,增强细胞毒性T细胞效应,发挥抗肿瘤作用。IL-27能够调节抗血管生成相关蛋白和趋化因子的表达,从而抑制肿瘤相关血管的生成。此外,IL-27还能通过抑制上皮-间质转化等过程从多个方面参与抗肿瘤作用。因此,IL-27作为抗肿瘤细胞因子已受到越来越多的关注,成为肿瘤免疫治疗中的热点,本文总结了IL-27在抗肿瘤以及抗转移方面的研究进展。
Interleukin 27 (IL-27) is a heterodimeric cytokine of the IL-6 / IL-12 family. IL-27 can exert anti-tumor effect by promoting the differentiation of CD4 ~ + T cells into Th1 cells, inhibiting the differentiation of Th2 cells and Th17 cells, and enhancing the cytotoxic T cell effect. IL-27 regulates the expression of anti-angiogenic proteins and chemokines, thereby inhibiting tumor-associated angiogenesis. In addition, IL-27 can also participate in anti-tumor effects from many aspects by inhibiting the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Therefore, as an anti-tumor cytokine, IL-27 has drawn more and more attention and become a hot spot in tumor immunotherapy. This article summarizes the research progress of anti-tumor and anti-metastasis of IL-27.
