社保业务档案管理工作是社保业务经办不可分割的有机组成部分。为有序推进社会保险档案信息化管理工作,威海市社会保险服务中心档案科对本市社保经办机构的现有档案管理现状进行了调研,从调研情况看,问题突出,任务艰巨,还须加大工作整改力度,加强社保业务档案规范化管理,为实现社保业务档案信息化管理、服务民生提供保障。
Social security business file management is an integral part of social security business management. In order to promote the social security archives information management in an orderly manner, the archives department of Weihai City Social Insurance Service Center conducted an investigation on the existing archives management status of the social security agencies in this Municipality. Judging from the investigation, the problems are prominent and the tasks are arduous. Great efforts to rectify the situation, strengthen the standardized management of social security files, in order to achieve social security file management information services, provide protection for people’s livelihood.
