集总参数模型建模简单,实时性好,广泛用于实时仿真中,但其动态精度较低。为了提高单相受热管的集总参数模型的动态精度,通过对单相受热管的传热过程进行研究,并结合集总参数模型的建模机制,提出了“移动参数”模型。在这个模型中,集总参数不再是管段出口参数或者是进出口参数的算术平均值,其位置将随着入口焓扰动的发生和传播而移动。对该模型的动态响应特性进行了仿真研究。结果表明,这种模型更加符合单相受热管的动态传热过程,修正了通用的集总参数模型的过度简化,更好地反映了对象的分布参数特性。
Lumped parameter model modeling simple, good real-time, widely used in real-time simulation, but its dynamic accuracy is low. In order to improve the dynamic accuracy of the lumped parameter model of single-phase heat pipe, the heat transfer process of single-phase heat pipe was studied, and combined with the modeling mechanism of lumped parameter model, a “moving parameter” model was proposed. In this model, the lumped parameter is no longer the pipe outlet parameter or the arithmetic mean of the inlet and outlet parameters, and its position will move with the onset and propagation of enthalpy disturbance at the inlet. The dynamic response of the model was simulated. The results show that this model is more in line with the dynamic heat transfer process of single-phase heat pipe, and over-simplifies the general lumped parameter model, which better reflects the distribution parameter characteristics of the object.
