目的 研究高功率密度毫米波对人肿瘤细胞超微结构的影响 ,提供高功率密度毫米波抗瘤生物效应依据。方法 采用高功率密度 (40 0mW /cm2 ,H组 )或低功率密度 (9mW /cm2 ,L组 )毫米波照射人舌鳞癌细胞 2 0min(S组 )或 45min(L组 )后培养 2 4h ,行扫描电镜 (SEM )和透射电镜 (TEM )观察。结果 观察发现肿瘤细胞表面微绒毛粘连、融合、脱落、顶端膨大、细胞膜裂孔、凹陷、线粒体变性、胞浆内大量空泡、核固缩 ;改变严重程度依HL、HS、LL、LS组递降。结论 高功率密度毫米波可造成肿瘤细胞明显的超微结构改变 ,其程度比低功率密度毫米波明显。
Objective To study the effect of high power density millimeter waves on the ultrastructure of human tumor cells and provide a basis for the biological effects of high power density millimeter wave anti-tumor. Methods Human tongue squamous carcinoma cells were irradiated with high power density (40 mW / cm2, group H) or low power density (group L, 9 mW / cm2) , Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation. Results The results showed that microvilli adhesion, fusion, exfoliation, apical expansion, cell membrane pore, depression, mitochondrial degeneration, a large number of vacuoles and nuclear pyknosis in the cytoplasm were observed. The severity of the degeneration was decreased in HL, HS, LL and LS groups. Conclusion High power density millimeter wave can cause obvious ultrastructural changes of tumor cells, which is more obvious than low power density millimeter wave.
