[目的]探讨不同烤烟品种生长特性及部分产质量性状差异,为贵州烤烟生产选用后备品种及品种布局提供理论依据。[方法]以‘K326’品种为对照,于2015年在贵州省开阳县冯三镇安坪村开展试验,对不同烤烟品种生长特性差异及产质量性状进行分析。[结果]GY8前期生长较快,后期较慢,整个生育期以GY2和GY5最长,Yun85和Yun87最短;GY2、GY5、GY8株高、最大叶宽、最大叶面积较大,Yun85、Yun87、K326茎围、最大叶长较大;Yun87田间自然发病率较低,其次是Yun85,GY8较高;GY2、GY5、GY8烟碱、总氮、钾和氯含量较高,Yun85、Yun87、K326总糖、还原糖含量及糖碱比较高;Yun85、Yun87经济性状表现较好,其次是GY5,GY8经济性状表现较差。[结论]Yun85和Yun87品质性状优于GY2和GY8,田间自然发病率低于GY2和GY8,经济性状表现较好,可以考虑作为未来贵州烤烟生产中的后备品种。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the growth characteristics and partial yield and quality traits of different flue-cured tobacco varieties and provide theoretical basis for the selection of reserve varieties and varieties of flue-cured tobacco in Guizhou. [Method] With “K326” as a control, the experiment was carried out in 2015 in Anping Village, Fengsan Town, Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province to analyze the differences in growth characteristics and yield and quality traits of different flue-cured tobacco varieties. [Result] The growth of GY8 was rapid in the early stage and slow in the late stage. GY2 and GY5 were the longest in the whole growth period, and Yun85 and Yun87 were the shortest. GY2, GY5 and GY8 had the highest plant height, the largest leaf width and the largest leaf area. Yun85, Yun87, K326 stems and the largest leaf length was larger. The natural incidence of Yun87 was lower, followed by Yun85 and GY8, while the contents of nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine were higher in GY2, GY5 and GY8. Yun85, Yun87 and K326 Sugar, reducing sugar content and high ratio of sugar and alkali; Yun85, Yun87 economic performance is better, followed by GY5, GY8 economic performance is poor. [Conclusion] The quality traits of Yun85 and Yun87 were better than those of GY2 and GY8, the natural incidence rate in field was lower than that of GY2 and GY8, and the economic traits performed well, which could be considered as the reserve varieties in future flue-cured tobacco production in Guizhou.
