176蘑菇菌株,具有产量高,出菇早,转潮快,耐高温,容易管理等优良特性。正常的176菌株是匍匐型种,在试管斜面上长成较粗的线状菌索,贴生在培养基表面。但是,该菌株不易保藏,试管种经4~8℃冰箱保藏后会出现退化现象,菌丝变细或成粉状,并有少量黄色团状的气生菌丝间生,长成形状不纯的菌落,而且长速极慢,需40天以上才能长满试管。为此,我们于1982年对该菌株进行了复壮实验,其方法如下: 将冰箱保藏的176菌种接到综合PDA试管斜面上,25℃培养5~10天,待菌种萌发并开始延伸时,
