法国调节学派是以对福特制资本主义的解读而闻名的,但博耶对福特制之后美国“新经济”的危机及可能取而代之的以人为本的生产模式的解读同样也十分精彩,这在一定程度上体现了他对法国调节学派观点的发展与推进。博耶不仅分析了“新经济”到来的标志,梳理了“新经济”的兴衰之路,而且还对以人为本的生产模式何以能出现的原因进行了解读。在方法论上,博耶试图突破技术决定论的框架,走向一种社会结构内部诸要素共同作用的解读线索。这种历史经验主义的解读方法尽管具有一定的合理性,但显然无法与历史唯物主义方法相提并论。
The French school of adjustment is famous for its interpretation of Ford’s capitalism. However, Boyer’s interpretation of the crisis of the “new economy” in the United States after the Ford system and the possible substitution of a people-centered mode of production is equally impressive. To some extent, he reflected on the development of the French regulatory school and its promotion. Boyer not only analyzed the sign of the advent of “new economy,” combed the rise and fall of “new economy,” but also explained why the people-centered mode of production could emerge. Methodologically, Boyer attempts to break through the framework of technological determinism and lead a clues to the synergy of the various elements within the social fabric. Although this method of historical empiricism has some rationality, it is obviously impossible to compare it with the method of historical materialism.
