基于声音信号对冷挤压内螺纹加工状态进行研究,为内螺纹冷挤压成形过程在线监测提供依据。试验分析结果表明:冷挤压内螺纹加工状态不同,成形过程中机床声音信号变化较为剧烈;丝锥处于均匀磨损状态时,机床声音信号频率主要分布在300~1000Hz之间,且主频分布稳定;丝锥处于严重磨损状态时,机床声音信号能量及主频分布变化均较为明显。成形过程机床声音信号能量在初始阶段有一个下降过程,并随之趋向平稳;但随着丝锥磨损量的进一步增大,机床声音信号能量呈现逐渐上升趋势;且随着丝锥磨损的加剧,机床声音信号中高频部分能量占总能量的比例将越来越高。
Based on the sound signal, the cold extrusion internal thread processing state is studied, which provides the basis for on-line monitoring of the internal thread cold extrusion forming process. The experimental results show that the processing state of the cold extrusion internal thread is different and the sound signal of the machine tool changes more sharply during the forming process. When the tap is worn evenly, the frequency of the machine sound signal is mainly distributed in the range of 300 ~ 1000Hz and the frequency distribution is stable. Taps in severe wear state, the machine sound signal energy and frequency distribution changes are more obvious. During the forming process, the sound signal energy of the machine tool has a descending process in the initial stage and tends to be stable. However, with the further increase of the tap wear volume, the sound signal energy of the machine tool presents a gradual upward trend; and as the wear of the tap increases, the machine sound The proportion of the energy in the middle and high frequency part of the signal in the total energy will be higher and higher.
