目前,对虚证与免疫的关系,经多方面探讨,认为虚证病人免疫功能低下,临床应用扶正固本药物加以调整。据文献报导鹿茸、人参、北芪、刺五加等扶正中药均能增强机体的免疫功能。然而,关于扶正中药的免疫作用研究,近年来才开始,对其作用机理所知甚少。目前较为理想的免疫促进剂,至今仍十分缺乏。而祖国医药学中却蕴藏着丰富资源,具有数千年的临床经验。因此,进行扶正固本中药与免疫关系的实验研究是十分必要的。为了建立免疫药理的研究方法,开展扶正固本中药与体液免疫关系的研究,我们已进行了小鼠
