以南方常绿园林观赏植物桂花为研究对象,在自然异常低温下,测定了桂花叶片矿质元素、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素以及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛生理指标的变化,探讨桂花叶片对冬季异常低温的响应。结果表明,异常低温下,桂花叶片矿质元素含量并不是全部急剧下降,元素C、Ca、Mn、Zn、Cu和Ni含量表现为逐渐减小,而N、P、Na、Mg、K和Fe含量则表现为先增大后减小。相对含水量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸一致表现了逐渐减小的趋势;超氧化物歧化酶、可溶性糖和过氧化物酶表现出先增大,后减小的变化趋势;丙二醛则表现为先减小,后增大的大小关系。桂花叶片对异常低温有较高的抗逆性,桂花叶片衰老程度并不严重,受害程度相对较轻,保持了一定的矿质元素含量,桂花叶片通过矿质元素含量与生理指标的相互协调,对冬季异常低温有一定的适应性。
