目的探讨间皮组织细胞极性修复对癌细胞生长抑制的影响。方法分别采用细胞极性修复实验、消化道吻合口愈合影响实验、“T”管窦道形成实验、细胞极性修复相关指标检测、永生化细胞(人膀胱癌细胞株T24)抑制实验等一系列从动物实验到细胞实验,采用SurgetakeTM或生理盐水进行了对照研究。结果兔实验结果显示,实验组10例均实现极性修复,而对照组均无完全实现极性修改;同时实验表明SurgetakeTM具有较强的激活体内t-PA的活性,用药后实验组t-PA达到(1.6±0.8)IU/ml,而对照组t-PA为(0.9±0.4)IU/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。永生化细胞(人膀胱癌细胞株T24)抑制实验实验结果显示surgetakeTM组3个视野计数细胞总数为844个,对照组3个视野细胞总数为2295个。结论 SurgetakeTM具有保持间皮组织极性的作用,实现了间皮结构的重建,能使t-PA增加,细胞极性增强,组织修复的就好。细胞的极性保持过程与小分子蛋白t-PA相关,这一过程的极化作用可使肿瘤细胞恶性程度降低。
Objective To investigate the effect of cell polarity repair of mesothelial cells on the growth inhibition of cancer cells. Methods The cell polarity test, gastrointestinal anastomosis healing test, “T” ductal sinus test, cell polarity test, and immortalized human bladder cancer cell line T24 were performed respectively A series of animal experiments to cell experiments using a SurgetakeTM or saline control study. Results The experimental results of rabbits showed that the polar repair was achieved in 10 cases in the experimental group, while the control group did not completely achieve the polar modification. At the same time, the experimental results showed that SurgetakeTM had a strong activity of activating t-PA in vivo. After treatment, t-PA (1.6 ± 0.8) IU / ml, while the control group t-PA was (0.9 ± 0.4) IU / ml, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Immune biological cells (human bladder cancer cell line T24) inhibition experimental results showed that the total number of 3 field visual field counted in the surgetakeTM group was 844, the control group of 3 visual field cells was 2295. Conclusion SurgetakeTM can maintain the polarity of mesothelial cells and reconstruct the mesothelial tissue. It can increase t-PA, enhance cell polarity and repair tissue. The cell polarity preservation process is associated with the small molecule protein t-PA. The polarization of this process can reduce the malignant degree of tumor cells.
