目前的高中英语教学采取的是同一班级授课形式,但是笔者认为这种形式只适合在重点高中。普通高中甚至综合高中等也采取这种形式,其实是忽视了学生的基础知识、学习习惯、智力因素的差异,这样就会导致学生成绩的自然分成,实行“一刀切,齐步走”的教学形式,会严重妨碍学生个性、爱好和特长的发展。本人认为要克服这一不足,可以采取分班教学形式,全面兼顾。 The current high school English teaching is taken the same class teaching, but I think this form is only suitable for key high school.
