用 0-48krad ~(137)Cs γ射线处理12个不同类型的栽培稻品种的种子,在细胞水平上比较了它们的辐射敏感性。所有品种的微核细胞率均随剂量加大而增加。品种间回归系数的差异较大。水稻与陆稻的辐射敏感性差异不大。粳稻的微核细胞率最高,糯稻次之,籼稻最低。
Seeds from 12 different types of cultivated rice varieties were treated with 0-48krad ~ (137) Cs γ-rays and their radiosensitivity was compared at the cellular level. The rates of micronucleated cells in all varieties increased with dose. The coefficient of variation between varieties is quite different. Radiation sensitivity of rice and Upland rice is not different. Japonica rice has the highest rate of micronuclei, followed by glutinous rice and lowest indica rice.
