本文证明免、狗血清可代替马血清进行骨髓细胞体内扩散盒琼脂培养,所需浓度与马血清相似,以10%及25%较为适宜,但细胞团产率以免、马血清优于狗血清。
This paper proves that free dog serum can replace the horse serum for bone marrow cell proliferation cassette agar culture, the required concentration and horse serum similar to 10% and 25% more appropriate, but the cell mass yield to avoid horse serum better than the dog serum.
