以来源于两个不同基因库(安第斯基因库和中美洲基因库)的菜豆种质为材料,利用盆栽试验比较它们在华南地区酸性红壤上对低有效磷的适应性.结果表明,供试菜豆种质在耐低磷特性方面有基因型差异.利用聚类分析对所得结果进行磷效率分类,发现MA和AN两个基因库均存在耐低磷能力和营养生长潜力的基因型,并且具有营养生长潜力的基因型一般不具有耐低磷性状.为此,必须鉴别出各种耐低磷基因型中与耐低磷有关的形态和生理生化指标,并分别找出与这些指标密切相关的基因,最后通过基因重组的方法培育理想的菜豆基因型.
Bean germplasm originated from two different gene pools (Andean and Central American gene banks) were used as materials, and pot experiments were conducted to compare their adaptability to low available P in acid red soils in southern China. The results showed that there were genotypic differences in the characters of tolerant low-phosphorus for the tested bean germplasm. Based on the cluster analysis, the genotypes of both MA and AN gene pools were found to have both low-phosphorus-tolerant ability and vegetative growth potential, and the genotypes with vegetative growth potential generally did not have low-phosphorus tolerant traits. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes related to low-phosphorus tolerance in various low-phosphorus tolerant genotypes and to find out the genes closely related to these indicators respectively. Finally, the ideal genotype of bean .
