本文对折流栅抗振型换热器流体动力学及传热特性进行理论分析和实验研究 ,得出了此类换热器压力降及传热性能的预测方法。指出此类换热器在弥补了折流杆换热器抗振缺陷的同时 ,基本保持了折流杆换热器优良的热力学性能。
In this paper, the fluid dynamics and heat transfer characteristics of baffle anti-vibration heat exchanger were theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The prediction methods of pressure drop and heat transfer performance of such heat exchanger were obtained. It is pointed out that this kind of heat exchanger can basically maintain the excellent thermodynamic performance of the baffle rod heat exchanger while making up for the anti-vibration defects of the baffle rod heat exchanger.
