目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者血脂、载脂蛋白、脂蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及心肌酶变化,早期纠正代谢功能紊乱,阻止或延缓DM的各种并发症发生和发展。方法2004年1月-2007年3月我们对96例DM患者和正常96例体检者的血脂、载脂蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及心肌酶进行了对比分析。结果糖尿病患者的中、晚期,血脂、载脂蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及心肌酶都明显高于体检组。结论在治疗DM的过程中除密切观察血糖浓度外,应同时检测血脂、载脂蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及心肌酶的变化,有效地控制血糖和早期纠正脂代谢紊乱,阻止和延缓DM的各种并发症的发生和发展。大大地改善DM的健康状况,提高生活质量,降低病残和病死率。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipids, apolipoproteins, lipoproteins, urine microalbuminuria and myocardial enzymes in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and to correct metabolic disorders early and prevent or delay the occurrence and development of various complications of DM. Methods From January 2004 to March 2007, we compared blood lipids, apolipoproteins, urinary albumin and myocardial enzymes in 96 DM patients and 96 normal subjects. Results The patients with diabetes mellitus in the late, blood lipids, apolipoprotein, urinary albumin and myocardial enzymes were significantly higher than the physical examination group. Conclusion In addition to the close observation of blood glucose concentration during the treatment of DM, blood lipids, apolipoproteins, urine microalbuminuria and myocardial enzymes should be detected at the same time to effectively control blood glucose and correct lipid disorders early and prevent and delay Occurrence and development of complications. Greatly improve the health status of DM, improve the quality of life, reduce sickness and mortality.
