提出利用层状双氢氧化物的阴离子交换能力和结构重建能力,改性增强水泥混凝土材料的抗碳化能力。利用TEM、XRD、FTIR等技术对原状层状双氢氧化物与改性层状双氢氧化物碳化前后的微观结构与成分进行了分析,证实其固碳能力。实验研究了水滑石改性水泥净浆和混凝土的碳化过程,证实水滑石可显著提高混凝土的抗碳化能力,并结合XRD、SEM分析等技术对其微观机理进行了探讨。研究结果建立了一种提高混凝土抗碳化能力的全新的技术途径。
It is proposed to utilize the anion exchange capacity and structural rebuilding ability of layered double hydroxides to modify and enhance the anti-carbonization ability of cement concrete. The microstructure and composition before and after carbonation of layered double hydroxides and modified layered double hydroxides were analyzed by TEM, XRD and FTIR. The carbon fixation ability was verified. The carbonization process of hydrotalcite-modified cement paste and concrete was studied experimentally, and it was confirmed that hydrotalcite can significantly improve the anti-carbonation ability of concrete. The microscopic mechanism was also discussed by XRD and SEM analysis. The results of the study established a new technology to improve the ability of concrete to resist carbonation.
