本文研究了用钇基混合稀土氧化物制备的材料的超导特性。电阻和直流磁化率与温度关系的测量表明。该体系在86K~92K呈现零电阻。混合稀土中轻稀土元素及非稀土杂质对Tc有较大的影响,但经过简单的化学处理,特别是经过轻、重稀土分段处理后,仍可以利用廉价的钇基混合稀土氧化物代替Y_2O_3制备出相同Tc的超导材料。
In this paper, the superconducting properties of materials prepared from yttrium-based mixed rare earth oxides have been studied. Measurement of resistance and DC susceptibility versus temperature shows. The system presents zero resistance at 86K ~ 92K. Light rare earth elements and non-rare earth impurities in mixed rare earths have a great influence on Tc, but after a simple chemical treatment, especially after light and heavy rare earths are segmented, cheap yttrium-based mixed rare earth oxides can still be used instead of Y 2 O 3 The same Tc superconducting material was prepared.
