本文概述了选煤厂生产工艺过程的特点，详细论述了利用ＰＬＣ技术对其进行自动化系统设计的硬件选型方案、单机自动化和系统自动化的设计方法以及相关的控制软件和人机界面的编制方法。最后着重论述了如何将高级语言中面向对象的程序设计思想应用于ＰＬＣ的低级语言程序设计中。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of the production process of the coal preparation plant, discusses in detail the hardware selection scheme of automatic system design using PLC technology, the design method of single-machine automation and system automation, and the related control software and man-machine interface preparation method . Lastly, it focuses on how to apply object-oriented programming ideas in high-level languages to low-level language programming of PLC.
