目的:确定大黄、黄芩与黄柏药对的最佳配伍提取工艺。方法:将各药味进行配伍组合,以大黄素、大黄酚、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱提取率为评价指标,采用HPLC测定,以正交试验考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量和提取次数等因素的影响,优化最佳提取工艺。结果:大黄与黄芩合提,黄柏单提指标成分提取率较高,得到合提最佳工艺为12倍量60%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次1 h;单提最佳工艺为10倍量60%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:所确定的配伍提取工艺合理、稳定可行。
Objective: To determine the best compatibility of rhubarb, baicalin and cortex phellodendri matching compatibility extraction process. Methods: The medicinal herbs were combined with each other. The extraction rates of emodin, chrysophanol, baicalin and berberine were evaluated. Conclusion: The determined compatibility extraction process is reasonable, stable and feasible.
