我厂有块XCT111动圈温度指示调节仪存放一段时间后出现了故障,其现象是,仪表通电2分钟后,表内潮气遮住观察刻度的玻璃,拆开表壳,发现变压器发热,检查热电偶无问题。连续通电观察并测量变压器,结果温升达71℃,测量变压器33V端仅有几伏电压,显然是因短路造成变压器温度升高。查控温线路发现断偶线路中2CZB2二极管正反向均通,为此更换该二极管,故障被排除。此表故障是因仪表存放在电镀车间的恶劣
