对110名混苯作业工人和67名对照组工人的调查发现,苯和甲苯均超标的作业环境对工人的神经精神和造血系统产生明显的不良影响。接触组工人的神经衰弱综合征、个性改变、咽喉干燥、皮肤感觉异常、面色异常等发生率明显高于对照组;红细胞、血红蛋白和白细胞均明显低于对照组,其数值与接触浓度均呈明显的负相关;另外还发现在白细胞尚未发生改变的工人中,操作行为功能试验已有明显改变,提示操作行为功能试验可以作为混苯中毒早期诊断的一个辅助指标。
A survey of 110 mixed benzene workers and 67 control workers found that benzene and toluene were outside the standard operating environment on the worker’s neuropsychiatric and hematopoietic system had a significant adverse impact. The incidence of neurasthenic syndrome, personality change, dry throat, abnormal skin sensation and abnormal facial appearance in workers in contact group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the values of erythrocyte, hemoglobin and white blood cells were significantly lower than those of control group In addition, we found that among the workers whose leukocytes have not changed, the operational behavior tests have been significantly changed, suggesting that the functional behavioral tests can be used as an auxiliary indicator for the early diagnosis of mixed benzene poisoning.
