随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的人加入到健身行列。但是我省相当一部分健身群体尚处自发阶段,缺乏相应的专业指导。健身是力与美的结合,全民健身运动中涉及到很多的力学原理。本文充分认识和利用运动惯性,在适时增大或减小摩擦力,正确把握作用力和反作用力,提高或降低人体稳度,减少或增加形状阻力,缩短或延长运动力矩等力学技巧方面作了一些探索,注重健身时的力学技巧,推崇科学健身,对提高全民健身效果具有一定的指导意义。
