我厂在作弹簧压缩性试验时。采用加长试验机二根拉杆长度的办法,使试验机的大横梁和试台的距离从最大400毫米增加到860毫米,保证最高弹簧(最高弹簧在675毫米,直径是300毫米,线径为50毫米)能放进,并留有一定距离加放安全装置。见附图1、2。图 1 1-大横梁 2-支柱 3-拉杆 4-试台 5-螺母改装时注意点: 1 在加大大横梁与试台之距离时,要考虑油缸活塞的行程,也就是弹簧作压
