活塞内油冷和第一环槽镶嵌铸铁环是目前在强化的柴油机上降低铝活塞温度和增加其耐磨性的有效措施。(1)本试验以NaCl和Na_2Si_2O_5为原料作水溶性盐芯铸造活塞内冷油路,并采用了以下措施:1.食盐事先在750℃焙烧,以解决盐芯热裂;2.用预变形模具以消除热胀所造成盐芯椭圓变形;3.用酒精-松香涂料以防铝液的漫渗。(2)采用镶环事先渗铝或锌的Fe-Al双金属铸造法,实现了奥氏体铸铁镶环与活塞体间具有足够剪切强度的冶金结合。
Oil in the piston and the first ring groove inlaid cast iron ring is an effective measure to reduce the temperature and increase the wear resistance of the aluminum piston in the enhanced diesel engine. (1) In this experiment, NaCl and Na_2Si_2O_5 were used as raw materials for water-soluble salt core casting piston internal cooling oil circuit, and the following measures were adopted: 1. salt was roasted at 750 ℃ in advance to solve thermal cracking of salt core; Die to eliminate thermal expansion caused by salt-core elliptical deformation; 3 with alcohol - rosin coating to prevent the infiltration of liquid aluminum. (2) The Fe-Al bimetallic casting method with aluminized or zinc pre-set ring was adopted to achieve the metallurgical bond with enough shear strength between the austenitic cast iron ring and piston body.
