以2,2-双-[4-(4-硝基苯氧基)苯基]六氟丙烷(BNHFP)为原料,在钯/炭(Pd/C)、水合肼的作用下,还原得到了2,2-双-[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]六氟丙烷(BAHFP)单体。利用元素分析方法傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)和液相色谱等对所获得的聚酰亚胺(PI)单体BAHFP进行分析表征。然后,将BAHFP分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)、氧撑二苯酐(ODPA)、苯酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)和双酚A二酐(BPADA)进行聚合,得到了高特性粘度(≥0.8dl/g)的聚酰胺酸溶液,并可进一步热亚胺化成PI薄膜。
The reduction of 2,2-bis [4- (4-nitrophenoxy) phenyl] hexafluoropropane (BNHFP) under the action of Pd / C and hydrazine hydrate 2,2-bis- [4- (4-aminophenoxy) phenyl] hexafluoropropane (BAHFP) monomer. The obtained polyimide (PI) monomer BAHFP was characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and liquid chromatography. Then, BAHFP was polymerized with pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and bisphenol A dianhydride (BPADA) respectively to obtain high intrinsic viscosity (& Gt; 0.8 dl / g) polyamic acid solution and may be further thermally imidized into a PI film.
