目的应用超声声学密度定量(AD)技术评价扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者的心肌纤维化程度,并探讨心肌纤维化程度与左室收缩功能的相关性。方法使用AD技术对60例DCM患者(DCM组)及55例查体健康者(对照组)采集心肌背向散射积分数据:室间隔中部及左室后壁校正的IBS(IB%)、CVIB。结果与对照组比较,DCM组室间隔中部、左室后壁校正的IBS(IB%)明显增大(P<0.05和0.01);IBS曲线形态异常;CVIB明显减低(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,DCM组IB%越大,其左室射血分数越低。结论AD技术为定量评价DCM患者的心肌纤维化程度和左室收缩功能提供了新的途径。
Objective To evaluate the degree of myocardial fibrosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) by using acoustic acuity density quantitative (AD) technique and to investigate the relationship between myocardial fibrosis and left ventricular systolic function. Methods The data of myocardial backscatter were collected from 60 patients with DCM (DCM group) and 55 healthy people (control group) using AD technique. Corrected IBS (IB%) and CVIB were measured in the mid and interventricular septum. Results Compared with the control group, the corrected IBS (IB%) in the middle and the left ventricular posterior wall of DCM group was significantly increased (P <0.05 and 0.01). The IBS curve was abnormal and the CVIB was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the greater IB% in DCM group, the lower the left ventricular ejection fraction. Conclusion AD provides a new way to quantitatively evaluate the degree of myocardial fibrosis and left ventricular systolic function in DCM patients.
