航空航天是当代高新科技最为集中的行业,航空航天产业技术的发展关系到国家安全和综合国力的提升,由于历史等诸多原因我国的航空航天产业的发展与世界先进水平间还存在较大差距,且目前在航空航天产业领域政策占绝对主导地位,这对航空航天产业的长远发展不利,进行航空航天产业立法势在必行。
Aerospace is the most concentrated high-tech industries. The development of aerospace industry technology is related to the improvement of national security and overall national strength. Due to historical reasons and many other reasons, there is still a big gap between the development of China’s aerospace industry and the world’s advanced level. At present, the policy in the aerospace industry occupies the absolute dominant position, which is unfavorable to the long-term development of the aerospace industry. It is imperative to carry out the aerospace industry legislation.
