本文介绍了《项目管理》课程教学改革的背景,阐述了合作学习模式的应用实践过程,并对教学效果进行了问卷调查与统计分析,发现合作学习模式有助于提升学生的学习兴趣和积极性,使学生的创新能力、组织能力、沟通能力、专业能力得到一定程度的历练与提升。
This paper introduces the background of teaching reform in “Project Management” course, elaborates the application and practice process of cooperative learning mode, and conducts questionnaire and statistical analysis of teaching effectiveness. It is found that cooperative learning mode helps to enhance students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning, The students’ innovative ability, organizational ability, communication skills, professional ability have been a certain degree of experience and promotion.
