在知识经济为主导的现代社会中,知识产权在区域发展及产业升级的过程中起着不可替代的作用。加强知识产权交易平台建设,能够有效推动社会经济持续发展。本文首先介绍了当前我国的知识产权交易平台建设状况,然后分析了国际知识产权交易平台的建设经验,最后提出了知识产权交易平台的建设策略,希望能够促进我国知识产权交易模式的科学发展。
In the modern society dominated by the knowledge economy, intellectual property plays an irreplaceable role in the process of regional development and industrial upgrading. Strengthening the construction of intellectual property trading platform can effectively promote sustainable social and economic development. This paper first introduces the current situation of the construction of intellectual property trading platform in China, then analyzes the experience of the construction of international intellectual property trading platform and finally puts forward the construction strategy of IP trading platform, hoping to promote the scientific development of the intellectual property trading model in our country.
