日本新日铁公司君津钢铁厂和日本黑崎窑业公司最近共同研制成功了一种新型耐火材料,它被专门用于高含氧量钢水的连铸。这种新型耐火材料主要用来制做连铸用滑动水口的滑板砖,它的化学成分为:Al_2O_383%,SiO_2<1%,C_8%。滑板砖的体积比重为3.07g/cm~3,显气孔率为8%,抗压强度为1010MPa。
Japan’s Nippon Steel Company Junjin Steel Works and Japan’s Kurosaki Kiln Company recently jointly developed a new type of refractory material, which was specifically used for high-oxygen steel casting. The new type of refractory material is mainly used to make skateboard brick for continuous casting with sliding nozzle. Its chemical composition is: Al_2O_383%, SiO_2 <1%, C_8%. The weight of skateboard brick is 3.07g / cm ~ 3, the apparent porosity is 8% and the compressive strength is 1010MPa.
