将瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)的频域定量指标应用于听力障碍诊断。建立自回归模型,对TEOAE进行功率谱估计,分析了听力正常和听力受损耳TEOAE主导频率的数目、位置和反应幅值。TEOAE包含了3个主导频率。第1主导频率处的反应幅值最大,听力障碍耳反应幅值则明显降低;第2、第3主导频率的位置向更高频率偏移。TEOAE的自回归功率谱可以作为一种临床定量指标对听力障碍进行诊断,该方法的有效性高于分频段相关率指标。
Transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) in the frequency domain quantitative indicators for the diagnosis of hearing disorders. The autoregressive model was established to estimate the power spectrum of TEOAE. The number, location and response amplitude of dominant TEOAE in normal and hearing-impaired ears were analyzed. TEOAE contains three dominant frequencies. The amplitude of the first dominant frequency was the largest, while the amplitude of the hearing-impaired ototoxicity was significantly reduced. The positions of the second and third dominant frequencies shifted to higher frequencies. TEOAE autoregressive power spectrum can be used as a clinical quantitative indicator of hearing impairment diagnosis, the effectiveness of this method is higher than the sub-band correlation rate indicators.
