目的观察应用肺表面活性物质固尔苏治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床疗效。方法选取驻马店市第一人民医院2013年12月至2014年6月接受治疗的新生儿胎粪吸入综合征50例,采用随机分组法将患儿分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例),两组患儿均给予基础综合治疗,观察组在此基础上加用外源性肺表面活性物质固尔苏治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、Pa O2/吸入氧浓度(Fi O2)(Pa O2/Fi O2)、动脉/肺泡氧分压(a/APO2)的差异。结果两组患者治疗前Pa O2、Pa O2/Fi O2及a/APO检测值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2、12、24h Pa O2、Pa O2/Fi O2及a/APO检测值观察组高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿胎粪吸入综合征采用固尔苏治疗可以有效改善患儿的肺氧合功能,提高治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying glucosamine on lung surfactant in the treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome. Methods 50 cases of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome treated in First People’s Hospital of Zhumadian City from December 2013 to June 2014 were divided into control group (25 cases) and observation group (25 cases) by random grouping method Cases), two groups of children were given basic comprehensive treatment, the observation group on this basis with exogenous pulmonary surfactant gel treatment, the two groups of children before and after treatment of arterial partial pressure of oxygen (Pa O2) Pa O2 / Fi O2 (Pa O2 / Fi O2), arterial / alveolar oxygen pressure (a / APO2). Results There was no significant difference in Pa O2, Pa O2 / Fi O2 and a / APO before treatment between the two groups (P> 0.05), PaO2, Pa O2 / Fi O2 and a / APO test group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome with Guer Su treatment can effectively improve children’s pulmonary oxygen function and improve the therapeutic effect.
