γ-氯代乙酰丙醇或其乙酸酯为生产硫胺的重要中间体,可由乙酰丁內酯氯化再经水解制得,或由乙酰丙醇先经酯化再氯化制得。乙酰丙醇乙酸酯的氯化反应不易控制,有副反应产物生成。为此,曾渗加大量溶剂(氯仿等),作为反应稀释剂,对减少副反应确有效果,但同时却带来耗用大量有机溶媒的缺点。针对这个问题,我们进行了:(一)以空气代替氯仿作为稀释剂的试验;(二)管式反应器的研究等工作。 (一)空气代替有机溶媒作为反应稀释剂:用空气(或其他惰性气体)作为氯的稀释
