本文以设计工作程式为线索,将参数优化、结构尺寸计算和仿真验算统一起来。形成了液压凿岩机冲击机构CAD系统软件。这套软件只要输入冲击器的性能参数,就可以得到一组优化的结构参数结果,再输入优化结构参数,就能计算出具有优化参数的冲击器的主要零件尺寸,再将冲击器的结构尺寸输入,就能模拟冲击器的工作,经运算达到稳定后,能得到实际可能的性能指标,以检查设计的产品是否满足设计性能的要求。该软件的参数优化是以液动冲击机构的理想线性模型为基础的,而仿真验算是以冲击机构的非线性模型为基础的。这套软件的开发,大大加快了液动冲击机构的设计速度,极大的提高了设计质量,把机械产品设计水平提高到现代化水平。
