我们的工作是将含有亲水官能团,抗凝血性优良的HEMA接枝到聚乙烯膜上,制备了抗凝血渗析膜;研究了不同辐射剂量对接枝率及其吸水率的影响规律;并且分析观测了接枝改性膜的结构和形貌。测定了接枝改性膜的抗张强度和相对伸长率及其对肌酐、尿素的渗透性。实验结果表明:接枝改性聚乙烯膜仍具有良好的力学机械性能,接枝率30%,厚度25μm的改性膜,其吸水率为23%。对肌酐的渗透系数为6.56×10~(?)。另外,对尿素的渗透系数为42.7×10~(?),比未改性膜提高了24倍。
Our work is to grafting HEMA containing hydrophilic functional groups and excellent anticoagulant to polyethylene film to prepare anticoagulant dialysis membrane. The effects of different radiation dose on grafting rate and water absorption rate were studied. The structure and morphology of grafted films were observed and analyzed. The tensile strength and relative elongation of graft modified films and their permeability to creatinine and urea were measured. The experimental results show that the graft modified polyethylene film still has good mechanical and mechanical properties. The graft film with a graft ratio of 30% and a thickness of 25 μm has a water absorption of 23%. The creatinine permeability coefficient of 6.56 × 10 ~ (?). In addition, the permeability coefficient of urea is 42.7 × 10 ~ (?), Which is 24 times higher than that of unmodified membrane.
