一、国外渗碳齿轮钢的应用情况(一)日本应用较广的有下列几种;1.碳钢:一般用途。2.锰钢:锰钢(SMn420)和锰铬钢(SMnc420),是从经济角度出发,考虑到资源问题而研制的,目前在日本汽车工业中用量很少。3.铬钢和铬钼钢:铬钢 SCr415、SCr420和铬钼钢 SCM415、SCM418、SCM420和 SCM421、SCM822钢,均是日本汽车渗碳齿轮的主要用钢。铬钢(SCr415、SCr420)大多用于小型车的变速箱齿轮。铬钼钢中含钼量较低的 SCM415、418、420、421钢大多用于中型汽车变速齿轮和轻型汽车后桥主被动齿轮、铬钼钢中含量较高的SCM822可用于中型汽车后桥主被动齿轮。铬钼钢是在日本汽车工业中应用较广泛的
