现代社会科学技术突飞猛进的发展,对人才的培养提出了更高的要求。要培养适应新形势的高素质人才,就得从娃娃抓起。传统教学忽略了学生,新课标要求教师把课堂还给学生,那么课堂的主人就是学生。课堂没有生气,学生就没有灵气;学生没有活动,就不会形成学习。为了实现这一目标,就要充分发挥课堂教学的有效性,而有效的课堂教学就是要兼顾知识的传授、情感的交流、智慧的开发和个性塑造的过程。那么,怎样才能提高课堂教学的有效性呢?谈几点浅显的认识。
The rapid development of modern social science and technology has raised higher requirements for the training of qualified personnel. To train qualified personnel to adapt to the new situation, we must start from the baby. Traditional teaching ignores the students, the new curriculum requires teachers to return the class to the students, then the class owner is the student. The classroom is not angry, students have no Aura; students without activity, it will not form a learning.
