本文从资本运作的视角,结合企业金融成长周期理论,梳理了中国本土广告公司在不同成长生命周期的融资需求,分析了在不同的成长生命周期企业的融资方式选择,发现了中国广告业在资本化过程中的一些问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。
From the perspective of capital operation and the theory of enterprise financial growth cycle, this paper combs the financing needs of Chinese local advertising companies in different growth life cycles, analyzes the financing options of enterprises in different growth life cycles, and finds out that the advertising industry in China Some of the problems in the process, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
