在近期我国对各单位人事工作的检查当中发现了许多问题,对于干部的人事档案管理工作一直都是人事工作的重中之重,但是现在有许多如人事制度改革、编制、人员调动、对退休人员的管理等问题都是迫切需要解决和完善的。干部人事档案管理工作通过对干部的档案材料进行鉴别、分类、排序和编号等步骤之后装订成案,对日后进行材料调动和运用有着很大的影响。本文对干部人事档案管理工作的含义和内容进行了概括,并分析了其工作中常出现的几点问题,同时提出几点相应的解决办法和建议,争取对干部人事档案的管理工作提供更有力的依据。
