初步研究了春季全光5个地摆栽培时间对黑木耳出耳、产品产量及质量的影响。结果表明:长白山地区黑木耳最适栽培时间为4月末~5月中旬;表现为耳芽发生快,耳片生长整齐,出耳质量好,产量高的特点。地摆时间过早(4月16日)或过晚(5月26日)均影响黑木耳耳芽发生和耳片生长,尤其是过晚地摆,遇高温黑木耳耳芽发生困难,出耳期易感染杂菌,影响黑木耳产品的质量和产量。适宜的栽培时间是全日光栽培方式下提高黑木耳产量和质量的关键。
The effects of spring planting time on the yield and quality of black fungus were studied preliminarily. The results showed that the optimum cultivation time of black fungus in Changbai Mountain area was from the end of April to the middle of May. The results showed that the ear buds developed rapidly, the ears grew neatly, the ear quality was good and the yield was high. To put the time too early (April 16) or too late (May 26) affect the black ear fungus buds and ear growth, especially too late to put, in case of high temperature black fungus ear bud difficulties, ear Period susceptible to bacteria, affecting the quality and yield of black fungus products. The suitable cultivation time is the key to improve the yield and quality of black fungus under full day cultivation.
