目的建立化学发光法测定蜘蛛香中香叶木素的新方法。方法在纳米银参与的碱性介质中,高锰酸钾-鲁米诺-香叶木素体系产生较强的化学发光反应且发光强度与香叶木素的浓度有很好的线性关系,据此建立流动注射化学发光法测定香叶木素的含量。结果在鲁米诺、Na OH、纳米银、KMn O4溶液浓度分别为8.0×10-7mol/L、0.05 mol/L、5.0×10-6mol/L、3.0×10-5mol/L的最佳条件下,香叶木素的线性范围为5.0×10-9g/ml~5.0×10-7g/ml,r=0.998 7,对1.0×10-7g/ml香叶木素平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差RSD为1.88%,检出限为1.8×10-9g/ml,提出了化学发光反应可能的机理。结论该法简单、准确,可用于蜘蛛香中香叶木素的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a new chemiluminescence method for determination of safranin in spider incense. Results The optimal conditions of luminol, NaOH, nano-silver and KMnO4 were 8.0 × 10-7mol / L, 0.05mol / L, 5.0 × 10-6mol / L and 3.0 × 10-5mol / L respectively , The linear range of geraniol was 5.0 × 10-9g / ml ~ 5.0 × 10-7g / ml, r = 0.998 7, and the relative standard deviation was 11 times for the parallel determination of 1.0 × 10-7g / ml geraniol, RSD was 1.88%, and the detection limit was 1.8 × 10-9g / ml. The possible mechanism of chemiluminescence reaction was proposed. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of the spicata luteolin.
