课题研究工作的开展有利于学校教师专业水平的提升,为学校的可持续发展起到很好的作用。但是,现实反映许多学校,甚至有的地区只是将“科研兴校”停留在口头和意识层面,实质性的研究仍处在形式阶段。主要原因是教师对课题研究认识不够,畏惧。课题管理不到位,没有消除教师的畏难心理,没有很好调动教师参与课题研究的热情和投入。本文针对这些现实问题,阐述信息技术环境下柔性管理在多校联合课题研究中的实践和应用。
The research of the project is conducive to the improvement of the professional standards of school teachers and plays a very good role in the sustainable development of schools. However, the reality shows that many schools and even some regions only leave “research and development” at the level of verbal and ideological level, and substantive research is still in the formal stage. The main reason is that teachers do not have enough understanding and research on the topic. Problem management is not in place, did not eliminate teachers’ fear mentality, did not well mobilize the enthusiasm and input of teachers in research projects. In view of these practical problems, this paper elaborates the practice and application of flexible management in the research of multi-school joint project under the environment of information technology.
