每一位教师的永恒追求是有效的教学。什么是有效的教学呢?有效的教学是在课堂有限的时空内,按照学生的最近发展区,设置合适的教学内容,采用能够激发每个学生潜在学习能力,一直保持紧张兴奋的学习状态,在自主、合作、探究中深度参与教学的组织形式,从而获取足够量的有效知识和能力迁移,同时,学生的创新精神和实践能力得到充分培养和锻炼的教学。在小学数学课堂教学中如何构建有效的课堂教学形式呢?下面谈谈我个人的看法。

How to construct an effective classroom teaching form in elementary mathematics classroom teaching? Let me talk about my own opinion.
