对热化学硫碘制氢中碘化氢催化分解反应进行实验研究。反应在固定床上进行,温度范围300~500℃。实验采用沸石作为催化剂,对4种不同的Y型沸石(HYI、HYII、USY、NaY)原样以及Ni改性后的NaY型沸石做了BET、XRD以及活性评价实验。实验结果显示,所有催化剂的催化活性均随温度的升高而提高。NaY型沸石随Ni负载量的加大,催化活性先提高后下降,在5%时达到最大值,说明活性组分Ni在NaY型沸石上的阈值在3%~7%。在此负载量下,500℃的分解率为20.2%,接近热力学平衡分解率22.9%。
The experimental study on the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen iodide in the hydrogenation of hydrogen by thermal chemical sulfur iodine was carried out.
